Before returning an item, please contact the Customer Service team, who will then ensure a hassle-free return.
The steps you will need to take are:
1. Contact us to request a Returns Number.
You can contact us by phone on 0844 800 8409 or email: service@angling-supplies.com.
2. Fill in a Returns Form.
A copy of the form can be downloaded in Microsoft Word format, or you can request that a form be sent to you.
3. Return the goods AND the Returns Form to the Angling Supplies address.
You must ONLY send returned goods to the Angling Supplies address, and not direct to the manufacturer. The returns address is:

Summary of returns-services
| If you have received damaged or faulty goods then we will either replace them or credit the card you used to pay for the goods. We will also refund your delivery charges. |

| If you have the wrong size or colour then we will send out the correct product or offer you a full refund. All goods must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. Goods must be returned unused and in an ‘as new’ condition. |

| If you simply don’t like what you bought then once you’ve returned it we will credit your card. We regret that one item cannot be exchanged for another unless the product is the same. If you want a different item, the unwanted item must be returned and a full refund made and a new order submitted. All goods must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. Goods must be returned unused and in an ‘as new’ condition. |

| In all cases, goods must be returned in their original packaging, securely wrapped to prevent damage. |

| Angling Supplies will not accept responsibility for any item not returned to our postal address. |

| If you return an item for refund, and this brings your total order value below our free-delivery threshold, then our delivery fee for the new total order value will be deducted from your refund. |
