Deliveries within the UK
Delivery is free within the UK for all orders over £35.00, otherwise delivery is charged at £2.95, regardless of the number of items in your order. (If you return an item for refund, and this brings your total order value below our free-delivery threshold, then our delivery fee for the new total order value will be deducted from your refund.)
We aim to deliver in 7–10 clear working days. If there will be a delay on any part of your order, we will telephone or email you and you can cancel the item if you wish. In the extremely unlikely event of an order taking longer than 30 days to deliver, a full refund will be offered if you choose to cancel your order.
All deliveries are normally made by a courier between 9am and 6pm weekdays only (Monday to Friday). A signature is required on delivery and items cannot be left in an out-building, kennel or garage.The time-of-day for deliveries cannot be guaranteed.
The delivery address can be different from the billing address. If you would prefer the delivery to be made to your work address or an alternative address, enter those details as the delivery address when you order. (Remember that the package will have to be signed for.)
Most orders are shipped directly from the supplier, so your order might arrive in separate packages.

Deliveries to Ireland
All orders are currently shipped from the UK, so you will need to allow an additional 2–3 working days from the published delivery date for your order to arrive at an Irish delivery address. For all orders, you will receive an email message notifying you when your order has been despatched.

Deliveries to the Rest of the World
Our standard shipping rates are ONLY to the UK and Ireland, but we can deliver to any address worldwide for additional delivery charges.
The delivery charge will vary on each order subject to the weight and dimensions of the order (including packaging materials) and your order destination. To obtain a quote for shipping your order, contact service@angling-supplies.com.
All orders are currently shipped from the UK so you will need to allow an additional 4 days from the published delivery date for your order to arrive if you are outside the UK and Ireland. For all orders, you will receive an email message notifying you when your order has been despatched.
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
